TAYplan operates on behalf of
Proposed Strategic Development Plan Period for Representations
The period for making representation on the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (2011), the Proposed Action Programme (2011) and the Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment (2011) closed on 1 August 2011.
-On 25 October 2011 the TAYplan Joint Committee resolved to make no changes to the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (June 2011)
-The Proposed Strategic Development Plan (June 2011) and supporting documentation were submitted to Scottish Ministers on 1 December 2011.
-The Proposed Plan is presently being examined and is now the responsibility of the Scottish Government's Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals (DPEA) - use this link to find more information about the Examination http://www.dpea.scotland.gov.uk/CaseDetails.aspx?id=qJ14349
